Ghana international Mohammed Kudus is expected to return to action for West Ham United when they take on Bournemouth in the English Premier League.

Kudus missed the sides 1-0 defeat to Wolverhampton Wanderers on Tuesday night due to an injury setback, but started a light training on Wednesday as he recovers ahead of the weekend clash.

Speaking ahead of the clash, the former Chelsea manager disclosed the Ghana international could make a return against Bournemouth.

“Mo [Kudus] was in light training today and again has a chance” he said.

Kudus has struggled to replicate his impressive debut season form, scoring only three goals and providing two assists in 27 appearances. A 13-game goal drought and a five-game suspension have further hindered his progress.

The enterprising midfielder will be hoping to rediscover his form in order to finish the season on a high note.
