The Black Queens have announced their squad for the second round of the African qualifiers for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games.
The selection includes Rabiatu Maltiti of Ampem Darkoa Ladies and Margaret Agyapomaa of Police Ladies, who have been given the opportunity to represent Ghana’s senior women’s team after previously featuring for the Black Princesses.
Ghana were exempt from the opening round of qualifying and were scheduled to meet the winners of the tie between Mauritius and Djibouti. Mauritius progressed and will now face the Black Queens over two legs.
The first match will be played in Mauritius on Thursday, 8 October 2026. The decisive return fixture is scheduled to take place in Ghana on Tuesday, 13 October 2026.
