Ghana midfielder Thomas Partey praises Arsenal’s amazing performance after Manchester United victory

Ghana international Thomas Partey has hailed Arsenal’s amazing performance following victory against Manchester United in the English Premier League.

The Black Stars midfielder delivered a standout performance on his return, contributing immensely to the club’s 2-0 win over the Red Devils at the Emirate Stadium on Wednesday night.

Partey started and played full throttle of the match as the Gunners manager Ruben Amorim his first defeat at Manchester United.

His commanding display in midfield was pivotal, highlighted by his assist for William Saliba’s decisive second goal.

After the game, the former Atletico Madrid star took to social media to celebrate his outfit amazing performance against Manchester United.

“Amazing team performance” he wrote on Instagram

Arsenal broke the deadlock shortly after the restart after Declan Rice delivered a precise corner kick that Jurrien Timber headed in at the near post.

Bukayo Saka’s corner found Thomas Partey at the far post, and his header set up William Saliba, who ensured the ball crossed the line to double the Gunners’ advantage.

The victory extended Arsenal’s unbeaten home run to 13 matches across all competitions and brought them closer to league leaders Liverpool, narrowing the gap to seven points.

The 31-year-old has made 13 appearances for Arsenal in the Premier League, scoring two goals and providing one assist.
