The Ivorian maestro broke the deadlock with a mesmerizing run through Parma’s defense early in the match. Though the visitors briefly equalized thanks to Ghanaian Afriyie Acquah, Totti swiftly restored Rudi Garcia’s side’s lead. In the second half, Pjanic and Taddei further extended AS Roma’s advantage before Biabiany grabbed a late consolation goal for Parma.
