It’s been a rough patch for Bayern Munich since clinching the championship title three days ago. The Bavarian club has faced consecutive defeats, with Guardiola’s men suffering their first loss in 58 games last weekend against Augsburg (1-0), followed by another disappointing performance this Saturday in a significant clash against Dortmund (3-0).
Borussia Dortmund delivered a resounding defeat to Bayern Munich, inflicting a convincing 3-0 defeat on the reigning champions. Jurgen Klopp’s side, currently second in the Bundesliga, dismantled the Bavarian machine with goals from Mkhitaryan and Marco Reus in the first half. The Gabonese forward, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who started the match, provided the crucial assist for Reus’ goal.
After the halftime break, Dortmund continued to dominate, sealing their victory with a third goal by Jonas Hofmann.
