AS Monaco FC has announced the presence of George Weah at the kickoff of their upcoming match against Paris Saint-Germain. Weah, a legendary Liberian striker, rose to prominence during his time at AS Monaco FC in the late 1980s before enjoying successful stints at PSG and AC Milan, where he won the Ballon d’Or in 1995.
Weah, affectionately known as “Mister George,” recently visited France in late January to launch his Weah Sports clothing brand. Now, he is set to return to the football scene, attending the kickoff of the highly anticipated match between AS Monaco FC and PSG.
