Turkish Super Lig side Galatasaray are set to sign Malian midfielder Yves Bissouma in the coming days.
According to an exclusive report from French journalist Fabrice Hakwins, the Turkish giants have agreed personal terms with the midfielder and are now hoping to strike a deal with Tottenham to complete the signing.
Bissouma has yet to feature under new Tottenham head coach Thomas Frank, having sustained an injury during preseason. With little clarity on his recovery timeline, the 28-year-old appears to be surplus to plans at the North London club.
Since joining Spurs from Brighton & Hove Albion in 2022, Bissouma has made 100 appearances and scored twice.
He previously spent four seasons at Brighton, where he played 124 games and netted six goals, following his move from French side Lille OSC. Before that, the midfielder began his professional career at AS Real Bamako in his native Mali.
Galatasaray are hopeful of sealing the deal in the coming days as they look to strengthen their midfield options.
