Galatasaray are on the brink of securing the services of Mali international Yves Bissouma in the summer transfer window.

The Turkish giants are bolstering their squad for the 2025/26 football campaign, with Bissouma, who is currently in the books of Tottenham Hotpsurs emerging as a top target.

With talks advancing, the experienced midfielder is expected to seal a move to Galatasaray in the coming days. Bissouma has already agreed terms with Galatasaray, with both parties finalizing a move for the midfielder.

Bissouma has yet to start for Tottenham under new head coach Thomas Frank, having picked up an injury during preseason training.

The midfielder appears not to be in the plans of the manager, prompting his imminent departure from the team.

Bissouma has made 100 appearances for Tottenham and even scored twice since joining the club from Brighton & Hove Albion in 2022.

The midfielder had spent four years at Brighton, making 124 appearances and scoring six times. Bissouma made his arrival in the Premier League by way of Ligue 1 side Lille OSC, who had spotted his potential when playing for Mali side AS Real Bamako.
