English Premier League side Fulham are interested in signing Nigerian forward Samuel Chukwueze.
According to transfer journalist Matteo Moretto, the two clubs are in regular contact as they look to finalise the structure of the deal. Chukwueze, who joined Milan from Villarreal, is currently valued at just over €20 million, though the operation could reach around €25 million.
AC Milan face a potential shortage in attack if Chukwueze departs, with Rafael Leão sidelined and only Santiago Giménez and Christian Pulisic available.
The Serie A side must weigh up their options carefully, but Fulham have been pushing hard in recent days to secure the Nigerian international.
Chukwueze is expected to enjoy more consistent playing time in the Premier League than he has in recent seasons in Italy, making Fulham an attractive destination.
It is understood that negotiations remain active as both sides work toward an agreement.
