The international friendly match between Uganda and Iraq, scheduled for October 2 in Amman, Jordan, was canceled by the Uganda Football Federation. Instead, the “Cranes” will face Egypt. Darius Mugoye, the 2nd vice-president of the Uganda Football Federation, mentioned that they are trying to arrange another international friendly match in two weeks, and they will think about Iraq later if necessary. The reasons for the cancellation of the match against Iraq were not specified.
