Atlas Lions coach Hassan Benabicha used the opportunity to conduct a comprehensive assessment of his squad, giving several players a chance to impress ahead of the crucial qualification campaign.
This friendly forms part of Morocco’s build-up to the African Under-23 Championship qualifiers, scheduled to take place in the Democratic Republic of Congo in December 2015. The tournament will serve as the gateway for teams aiming to secure a spot at the Rio 2016 Olympics.
