French-Ivorian winger Yann Karamoh linked with Sampdoria move
France and Ivory Coast winger Yann Karamoh, currently without a club, is being linked with a move to Italian second-tier side Sampdoria.
The 28-year-old left winger most recently joined Porto on 18 September 2025 after a spell without a club, before leaving the Portuguese club on 1 July 2026. He was part of the Porto squad that won the Portuguese title during the 2025-26 season.
Karamoh’s experience in Italy includes spells with Inter, Parma and Torino. He has made 115 Serie A appearances, scoring eight goals and providing five assists, while his most recent Italian club was Torino, where he played before departing in July 2025.
The player began his senior career with SM Caen and later represented Bordeaux and Montpellier in France. He has 69 Ligue 1 appearances, with nine goals and five assists, and also made 32 appearances in Turkey’s top flight during a loan spell with Fatih Karagumruk.
Karamoh’s listed market value is €1m. Sampdoria are now named as a possible destination in Serie B, with the club linked with the winger as he considers his next move. Униң
