Ryan Fage has officially joined Paris 13 Atletico, with the 21-year-old French-Guinean attacking midfielder making the switch from Ligue 2 side ESTAC Troyes.
The Paris-based club confirmed his signing on Tuesday, marking a new chapter for the Ivry-sur-Seine native as he seeks to establish himself in the Championnat National.
Fage had been on trial with the club for several days before sealing the move. His technical qualities and attacking instincts reportedly impressed the coaching staff, who were keen to secure his services.
In an official statement, Paris 13 Atletico noted: “This player has demonstrated significant potential and quickly won over the staff during his trial period.”
Fage began his footballing journey at Troyes, joining the club’s youth ranks as a U14. After progressing steadily through the academy, he signed his first professional contract in 2022.
Though his opportunities in the senior squad at Troyes were limited, he made four appearances in Ligue 2, gaining valuable experience at the professional level.
Much of Fage’s development took place within the club’s reserve team, where he played a key role in the National 3 competition.
His performances there earned him a loan move to Avranches for the 2023–2024 season. During his stint with the Normandy-based club, Fage featured in 14 matches in the Championnat National — France’s third tier — further sharpening his skills and adapting to the demands of senior-level football.
The move to Paris 13 Atletico represents both a fresh start and a critical step forward in Fage’s career. Returning to his home region, the young midfielder is aiming to make a lasting impression and secure regular first-team football.
According to a statement from the club: “The native of Ivry-sur-Seine is highly motivated to succeed this season and use it as a springboard for his professional career.”
Paris 13 Atletico, located in the 13th arrondissement of the capital, continues to shape its squad with emerging talent as it prepares for the upcoming campaign in the Championnat National.
The addition of Fage brings creativity and technical depth to the midfield — qualities the club hopes will contribute to a stronger showing this season.
Fage joins a growing list of young players making moves in search of consistent playing time and greater responsibility on the pitch.
His trajectory so far — from youth ranks to the reserves, to limited first-team experience, and now to a club in France’s third tier — mirrors the path taken by many aspiring professionals in the country’s competitive football landscape.
As the season approaches, all eyes will be on how quickly the young midfielder can adapt to his new environment and whether this latest move will prove to be the launchpad he has been seeking.
For Ryan Fage and Paris 13 Atletico alike, the partnership signals ambition, opportunity, and the beginning of a potentially pivotal season.
