French-Cameroonian striker Samuel Ntamack joins Piast Gliwice from Huesca
French-Cameroonian forward Samuel Ntamack has completed a move to Polish top-flight club Piast Gliwice, signing a two-year contract that will keep him at the club until June 2028, with an option to extend his stay.
The 25-year-old arrives from Spanish side Huesca, where he was under contract before making the switch to the Ekstraklasa. His transfer has now been officially confirmed by Piast Gliwice as the club continues to strengthen its squad ahead of the new season.
Ntamack spent the previous campaign on loan at French club Amiens, gaining valuable experience in Ligue 2. During his spell there, he made 13 league appearances and found the net twice before returning to Huesca at the end of the season.
The striker now embarks on a fresh challenge in Poland as Piast Gliwice continue an active recruitment drive during the summer transfer window.
A product of the French football development system, Ntamack has built his career across several clubs in France and Belgium. Over the years, he has represented Guingamp, Annecy and Lokeren, while also featuring for reserve teams during his progression through the professional ranks.
His experience across the French lower divisions has seen him accumulate 56 appearances, providing him with a solid foundation before taking the next step in his career abroad.
Piast Gliwice have been among the busiest clubs in the Polish transfer market this summer, bringing in several new players as preparations continue for the upcoming Ekstraklasa campaign.
The addition of Ntamack further strengthens the club’s attacking options as they look to head into the new season with a refreshed squad.
The French-Cameroonian striker will now hope to establish himself in Poland and make an immediate impact following his arrival from Huesca after last season’s loan spell with Amiens.
His move also marks another chapter in a career that has taken him through France, Belgium and Spain before earning the opportunity to compete in the Polish top flight with Piast Gliwice.
