After progressing through the ranks of the French youth teams, Frédéric Bulot appears poised to make a significant decision regarding his international career. Reports suggest that the midfielder from Standard de Liège has accepted the opportunity to represent Gabon on the international stage.
With Gabonese heritage and holding dual nationality, Bulot has the option to choose which national team he will represent, particularly as he has never appeared for the French senior team. Having been trained in Monaco and previously played for Stade Malherbe de Caen, the 23-year-old midfielder could soon join forces with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in bolstering the Panthers’ attack.
Bulot may earn his first international cap in March during a friendly match against Morocco, marking the beginning of his journey with the Gabonese national team. Additionally, other players such as Mario Lemina from Marseille are also reportedly under consideration by Fegafoot (Gabonese Football Federation).
