Frecnh defender of DR Congo descent Alex Disasi ready to depart Chelsea in January window

Axel Disasi

French international of DR Congo root Alex Disasi is reportedly ready to depart Chelsea in the ongoing January transfer window.

Disasi has struggled for playing time in the current season, making only five appearances in the Premier League.

The 26-year-old defender is growing frustrated at the club due to lack of game time and is reportedly planning for his exit in the winter window.

While Juventus had previously been in discussions about Disasi, the Turin club now has other priorities. However, there is interest in Disasi from other teams.

Meanwhile, reports emerging suggest Chelsea is prepared to offload up to nine players during the winter transfer window to fund the signing of Crystal Palace defender Marc Guéhi.

Disasi joined Chelsea in August 2023 and will see his current contract expire in the summer of 2029.
