Frank Magri linked with Al-Gharafa move after Toulouse exit

Cameroonian-French centre-forward Frank Magri, currently without a club, is being linked with a move to Al-Gharafa in Qatar’s Stars League.

The 26-year-old’s most recent club was Toulouse, whom he left on 1 July 2026. Magri joined the French side from SC Bastia in July 2023 in a deal worth €2m.

Magri made 77 Ligue 1 appearances during his career, scoring 15 goals and providing four assists. He also recorded 15 goals in 36 Ligue 2 matches, while scoring once in eight Europa League appearances.

The forward began his senior career with Angers SCO B before moving to Bastia in January 2022. His performances at Bastia earned him a move to Toulouse, where he continued his career in France’s top flight.

Al-Gharafa are the first club named in connection with Magri since his departure from Toulouse. The Qatar Stars League side have been linked with the Cameroon and France national, although no transfer fee, contract length or probability of a deal has been established.
