Francs Borains bring in Toulouse striker Enzo Faty on season-long loan

French-Senegalese striker Enzo Faty has joined Belgian club Francs Borains from Toulouse on loan, completing a move that will keep the 19-year-old at the Challenger Pro League side until 30 June 2027.

Faty, a centre-forward, switches clubs after beginning the 2026-27 campaign with Toulouse, who compete in France’s Ligue 1. The transfer was completed on 27 August 2026, with the deal structured as a temporary move rather than a permanent transfer.

Born in Toulouse, Faty stands at 1.89m and is right-footed. He holds French and Senegalese nationality and has spent his development in the Toulouse system, progressing through the club’s youth structure before moving into the reserve side.

He joined Toulouse FC’s under-17 team from Colomiers in August 2017 and remained with the club as he advanced through the age groups. Faty transferred to Toulouse’s under-19 side in November 2023, before stepping up to Toulouse B at the start of the 2024-25 season. He then moved from the reserves into Toulouse’s first-team setup in July 2025.

The move to Francs Borains gives Faty a change of environment in Belgium as he continues his progression as a central striker. Francs Borains play in the Challenger Pro League, while Toulouse compete in Ligue 1, marking a move to a different division and country for the teenager.

Faty had not made an appearance for Toulouse in Ligue 1 during the opening statistics recorded for the 2026-27 season. He now joins a Francs Borains squad for the remainder of the campaign, with his loan agreement scheduled to end on 30 June 2027.

The forward’s current Toulouse contract also runs until June 2027, while his playing registration is due to return to the French club when the loan concludes. Faty’s immediate future, however, is with Francs Borains, where he will continue his senior development in Belgian football.
