Franco-Ivorian attacker Désiré Doué sidelined for several weeks due to injury
France international of Ivory Coast descent Désiré Doué is facing a lengthy spell on the sidelines following an injury setback on Thursday.
The 20-year-old was forced off with an injury as Paris Saint Germain settled for a 1-1 away draw with Lorient in the French Ligue clash, held at the Stade du Moustoir – Yves Allainmat.
Doué was handed a starting role, but had to be subbed off after 64 minutes following an injury setback in the clash.
Nuno Mendes opened the floodgate for PSG in the 50th minute before the host swiftly leveled the pegging a minute later.
The forward sustained a strain in his right thigh muscle after undergoing medical examinations on Thursday morning, ruling him out of action for several weeks.
