Franck Mbella Etouga joins CR Belouizdad on three-year deal
Algerian giants CR Belouizdad have strengthened their attacking options with the signing of Cameroonian striker Franck Mbella Etouga on a three-year contract from fellow Algerian side Khenchela.
The forward arrives at CR Belouizdad with valuable experience from different leagues across Africa, having built a reputation as a powerful and direct attacker capable of making a difference in the final third.
Etouga previously featured for Ghanaian giants Asante Kotoko, where he enjoyed a prolific spell and became one of the standout strikers in the Ghana Premier League.
His performances earned him recognition and paved the way for moves to Egyptian clubs Al Masry and Haras El Hodoud before his switch to Khenchela.
The Cameroonian forward’s arrival is expected to provide CR Belouizdad with additional firepower as the club continues preparations for the upcoming season.
His physical presence, finishing ability, and experience in African football competitions are viewed as key attributes that can strengthen the team’s attacking department.
CR Belouizdad are hoping Etouga can replicate the form that made him a feared goalscorer during his time in Ghana and contribute significantly to their domestic and continental ambitions.
The three-year agreement reflects the club’s confidence in the striker’s ability to play a major role in their future plans.
