Lille Name 19-Man Squad for Monaco Clash
Lille have announced their 19-man squad ahead of Saturday’s Ligue 1 encounter against AS Monaco, with head coach René Girard forced to make several adjustments due to injuries.
Defenders Djibril Sidibé and youngsters Soualiho Meïté and Adama Traoré have all been included, alongside Belgian international Divock Origi. However, striker Michael Frey is absent, and centre-back Simon Kjær misses out after sustaining a hamstring injury during Lille’s recent outing in Brittany.
Midfielder Marvin Martin also remains unavailable as he continues to work on regaining full match fitness.
