The draw places Ghana, Benin, Sierra Leone, and Burkina Faso in Group A, while Group B includes Togo (reigning champion), Gabon (guest), Niger, and Senegal. Matches will be held at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi and the Paa Joe Stadium at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. The tournament schedule is as follows:
