Cameroon forward Bryan Mbeumo hits new English top-flight milestone

Bryan Mbeumo has surpassed 50 Premier League goals, reaching a significant milestone in his career in England’s top flight.

The Cameroon international achieved the landmark after taking his overall tally in the competition to 51 goals, earning a medal in recognition of the achievement.

At 26, Mbeumo joins a select group of African forwards to have combined longevity and efficiency in the Premier League.

Much of that foundation was built during his spell at Brentford FC. Across four seasons with the London side in the top division, Mbeumo scored 42 league goals and registered 13 assists.

His contribution proved central to Brentford’s attacking identity and their consolidation in the Premier League, with his movement and direct style becoming a key feature of the team’s approach.

Following his summer move to Manchester United, Mbeumo has continued his progress.

In his first season at the club, which is still ongoing, he has already scored nine Premier League goals and provided three assists.

Those numbers have taken his overall Premier League total beyond the 50-goal threshold.

The milestone reflects steady development rather than a single prolific campaign. Mbeumo’s influence has extended beyond statistics, with his ability to impact decisive moments highlighted throughout his time in England.

Looking at his broader career record, the forward has scored 106 club goals in all competitions during spells with ESTAC Troyes, Brentford and Manchester United. He has also added seven goals for the Cameroon national team.

In total, Mbeumo has registered 113 career goals to date. Still only 26, the forward’s trajectory underlines consistent growth at both club and international level as he continues to establish himself among the Premier League’s leading African attackers.
