Jean-Philippe Krasso’s Paris FC future uncertain amid Real Oviedo interest

Jean-Philippe Krasso could leave Paris FC at the end of the season, with interest emerging from Spanish side Real Oviedo following a challenging campaign for the Ivory Coast international.

The striker began the 2025–26 season in Ligue 1 with high expectations, but his impact has been limited compared with the previous campaign.

Krasso has scored four goals in 23 appearances so far, while his involvement on the pitch has gradually decreased.

His situation at the Paris-based club became more complicated during the winter transfer window with the arrival of Italian international Ciro Immobile.

The experienced forward’s signing altered the club’s attacking hierarchy, leaving Krasso with fewer opportunities to feature in the starting line-up.

As a result, the Ivorian forward has increasingly found himself on the bench, raising questions about his long-term future at the club.

With the season still ongoing, attention has already begun to shift towards the possibility of a transfer in the summer window.

Among the clubs showing interest is Real Oviedo, who are currently at the bottom of LaLiga in Spain.

The Spanish side is reportedly considering Krasso as a potential reinforcement as it plans for the future.

Discussions between the two clubs are said to have already started with a view to completing a transfer once the current season comes to an end.

While the negotiations remain at an early stage, the interest indicates that Krasso could soon have an opportunity to continue his career elsewhere.

The 28-year-old forward remains under contract with Paris FC until June 2027. Despite the length of the deal, the club is believed to be open to a sale under the right conditions.

According to reports, Paris FC have set a price of €6 million for the Ivory Coast international.

That valuation may not discourage Real Oviedo, who are looking to strengthen their squad ahead of their attempt to return to the top tier.

Krasso previously played for AS Saint-Étienne before joining Paris FC, and the Spanish club reportedly views his experience as a valuable addition to its attacking options.

For now, the player’s immediate focus remains on the remainder of the season. However, with interest growing and negotiations reportedly underway, the coming months could determine whether Krasso’s time in Paris is nearing its end.
