The Botswana Football Federation (BFA) terminated Stanley Tshosane’s contract as head of the national football team. Tshosane had been facing uncertainty about his position since November 2012 after failing to qualify Botswana for the final phase of CHAN 2014 and being eliminated in the group stage of the last COSAFA Cup. His contract, originally set to run until 2015, was terminated by the BFA, and Tshosane expressed gratitude and mentioned he would receive three months’ salary as compensation.
