In a radio interview with Radio Fréquence 1, Tata Adaglo Avléssi, former president of the Togolese Football Federation (FTF), expressed his views on the current situation of the FTF. He mentioned that the visit of Jérôme Valcke, FIFA’s secretary-general, indicated an imminent departure of the FTF executive office. Avléssi expressed concerns about the image of Togolese football on the international stage, calling it a “national shame.” He emphasized the need for collective responsibility and urged the government to manage the situation rigorously to bring about positive changes in Togolese football.
