The 2012-2013 football season in Togo has come to an end. Anges FC de Notsè emerged as the champions of the first division, securing their first Togolese championship title with a 1-0 victory against Tchaoudjo Athletic Club from Sokodé.
In other matches, Dyto finished the season with a 1-0 victory over Gomido de Kpalimé. AS Togo Port and Agaza ended in a 2-2 draw, while Foadan and Unisport played to a 0-0 draw. Maranatha fell to AS Customs with a score of 1-3.
Notably, two clubs, Semassi and Etoile Filante, boycotted their matches, demanding payment of the second part of the subsidy. Semassi did not appear on the field against Gbikinti, and Etoile Filante did not play against Koroki.
The final standings saw Anges FC at the top with 59 points, followed by AS Douanes with 57 points. Unisport was recognized as the “Fair Play team” of the season, a distinction that remained in the central region.
As for relegation, Koroki, Kotoko, Etoile Filante, and TAC will play in the second division next year.
