FK Bylis hand Senegal full-back Vieux Yankhoba Diallo a contract until 2029

Senegal left-back Vieux Yankhoba Diallo has joined Albanian club FK Bylis from Diambars FC, adding a 20-year-old defender to their squad for the 2026-27 season.

Diallo completed the move on 17 August 2026 after leaving Diambars, who play in Senegal’s Ligue 1. He will now continue his career in Albania with Bylis, whose domestic competition is the Kategoria e Pare.

Born on 3 October 2005, Diallo stands at 1.73m and has been listed as a left-back, with his preferred foot also left. His arrival gives Bylis a defender whose primary role is on the left side of the back line.

The move represents a change of footballing environment for Diallo, taking him from Senegal to Albania and from Diambars’ Ligue 1 setting into Bylis’ Kategoria e Pare campaign. His transfer was completed at the start of the 2026-27 season.

Diallo’s new contract with FK Bylis runs until 30 June 2029, securing his place at the club for the next three seasons. He is the latest player to move from Diambars to a club outside Senegal, with the switch providing him with a new platform in European football.
