Austrian midfielder of Nigerian descent, Carney Chukwuemeka, has made a full recovery from his muscle injury.
The midfielder on loan from Chelsea has been named in the Borussia Dortmund squad for the crucial Uefa Champions League encounter against Lille in midweek.
The upcoming clash is scheduled for Wednesday, March 12, with both teams set to battle for a win to advance to the quarter-finals of the competition after the first leg ended in a 1-1 stalemate.
While Carney Chukwuemeka is not likely to start the game in France, he has been named in Dortmund’s 23-man squad for the trip, giving the team a major squad boost.
