Fiorentina linked with Torino winger Alieu Njie

Sweden and The Gambia winger Alieu Njie is being linked with a move from Torino to Fiorentina in a Serie A transfer rumour.

Njie, 21, has made one league appearance for Torino in the 2026-27 season, playing 20 minutes without scoring or assisting. He has not started a match and has yet to feature in the Coppa Italia this campaign.

The left winger joined Torino’s senior squad from the club’s Under-20 side in July 2024, having previously progressed through Torino’s youth system after moving from Forssa BK in Finland in 2021. He has remained with the Italian club since completing that move.

Njie is contracted to Torino until 30 June 2029, while his current market value is listed at €3m. A transfer to Fiorentina would therefore involve a player tied to the Turin club for several more seasons rather than a potential free agent.

He was born in Stora Tuna, Sweden, and holds Swedish and Gambian nationality. Njie is right-footed and operates primarily from the left side of attack.

The rumour was recorded on 27 August 2026, with both Torino and Fiorentina competing in Serie A. Njie’s current role at Torino has been limited so far this season, with his only league involvement coming from the bench.
