Toulouse FC has received an offer of 12 million euros for the transfer of French international Etienne Capoue from Welsh club Cardiff. The offer includes 10 million euros plus 2 million euros in bonuses. Capoue, who is under contract until 2015, has expressed his desire to leave Toulouse this summer. Cardiff has reportedly offered a substantial salary to the player, but Capoue has not yet given his response.
