The Tunisian Football Federation announced on Wednesday evening that the elections for the executive committee would convene no later than May 20 following correspondence from FIFA.
FIFA has decided to extend the current term of the executive committee and related committees until May 20, 2024, at the latest.
In a statement, the federation clarified that it would liaise with the Independent Electoral Committee to determine new dates for the opening of nominations and the electoral general assembly.
