Wydad Athletic Club head coach, Mohamed Amine Benhachem, has assured that they will win the final game against Al Ain.
The Moroccan side, who are eliminated from the ongoing 2025 FIFA Club World Cup, will wrap up their campaign a game against the UAE side on Thursday at teh Audi Field with kick off scheduled at 19:00 GMT.
Despite losing the first two games, Amine Benhachem remains hopeful of achieving victory over Al Ain.
“We need to win,” Benhachem said. “We scored one goal, but we need to win.”
He added about the Al Ain match, “We won’t play just to play. We will play to win, because we have to win. We have to get the three points. We won’t leave the competition without points.”
Wydad is still looking for its first win in the competition, having participated in it in 2017 and 2022.
