FIFA has announced that the draw for the 2013 Club World Cup will take place on October 9 in Marrakech, Morocco. The competition features the champion teams from the six confederations, along with a team from the host country. Five of the seven participating teams are already known: Atlético Mineiro (Brazil), Auckland City FC (New Zealand), Bayern Munich (Germany), Monterrey (Mexico), and Raja Casablanca (Morocco). The representatives for the Asian and African confederations will be determined later. The tournament, set to be held in Morocco, will showcase some of the best football clubs from around the world.
