At the heart of the complex is a natural grass main pitch, complemented by three additional natural grass training fields.

The site spans 32 hectares and includes an eight-lane tartan athletics track, certified for international competition, further cementing its multi-disciplinary role.
VIP guests are catered for with 12 high-spec skyboxes, divided between VVIP and VIP sections, alongside three dedicated reception lounges.

Media professionals covering events at the complex benefit from a dedicated press gallery featuring 216 individual desks, each fitted with personal screens.
