Feyenoord are closing in on the signing of Le Havre AC midfielder Oussama Targhalline, with the Moroccan international already in Rotterdam to complete his medical and finalize a three-and-a-half-year contract, according to Foot Mercato.
The 22-year-old has featured 14 times in Ligue 1 this season but is now set to depart the financially struggling French club. While the transfer window has shut in France, Dutch clubs can still conduct business until Tuesday, allowing Feyenoord to move swiftly for Targhalline.
Targhalline’s journey began at the Mohammed VI Academy in Salé, Morocco, before earning a professional contract with Olympique de Marseille at 18. He made his senior debut in a 4–1 Coupe de France victory over Cannet Rocheville on December 19, 2021, and shortly after, on January 7, 2022, featured in Ligue 1 for the first time in a win over Bordeaux.
Le Havre and Feyenoord have reached an agreement, though the transfer fee remains undisclosed. Former club Marseille will benefit from the deal, holding a 50% resale clause.
