Fernanda Colombo Uliana, a 23-year-old Brazilian lineswoman, gained attention during a Brazilian Cup match between FC São Paulo and CRB. It was only her second time officiating at the highest level, following her previous experience in the Brazilian second division. Having just been promoted to the top level, she made an impact with her officiating and her appearance, which caused a sensation. Many fans hoped to see her officiate at the upcoming 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
