Fenerbahce identify Sunderland winger Chemsdine Talbi as a winter transfer target

Fenerbahce have made Sunderland winger Chemsdine Talbi one of their main priorities for the next winter transfer window, according to Fotomac.

The Turkish club are looking to strengthen their attacking options and believe the 21-year-old Morocco international could add pace and directness on the flanks.

Talbi has gradually attracted attention through his performances in England. His ability to beat defenders, accelerate in the final third and create danger has reportedly brought him to the attention of several European scouts.

Fenerbahce are said to be particularly impressed by the winger’s technical quality and explosiveness. His characteristics match the profile the club have identified as necessary to improve their wide attacking positions.

The Turkish side could therefore make an approach during the next transfer window as they attempt to reach an agreement with Sunderland.

Talbi is under contract with the Black Cats until June 2030 and is currently valued at 25 million euros by Transfermarkt. Any deal would consequently require a significant investment, with the Morocco international’s market value continuing to rise.

The winger earns an annual salary of 2,412,490 euros, equivalent to 1,568,118,500 FCFA.

Sunderland’s next fixture will be against Brighton in the sixth round of the English league.
