Dutch Eredivisie side FC Utrecht are working to reach an agreement with Borussia Dortmund to sign Ivorian striker Sebastien Haller.
The club is in talks with the German outfit, but the current bid submitted is below what the Yellow and Black outfit is demanding.
Last season, Haller spent the campaign on loan at Leganes in the first round of the season before signing for FC Utrecht for another loan in the second round.
At the end of the campaign, the Ivorian striker has returned to Dortmund, but he is not in the plans of the team for the 2025/26 football season.
He is among the clubs linked with summer departures from the Bundesliga club.
While FC Utrecht are the favourite to sign the 31-year-old forward, the club is struggling to raise the funds needed to facilitate the deal.
Meanwhile, Turkish Super Lig side Antalyaspor have joined the race for the signature of Haller.
If the club can pay the fee being demanded by Dortmund, the club can beat FC Utrecht to his signing.
