Fahim Boubguira: Franco-Tunisian teenager joins Strasbourg B on free transfer

France-Tunisia youth midfielder Fahim Boubguira has joined Racing Strasbourg B on a free transfer from 93 Bobigny U19.

The 17-year-old central midfielder moves into Strasbourgs reserve set-up after a season of regular youth football in France, continuing his progression through the national development pyramid. The deal is a permanent move, completed on 9 July 2026.

Boubguira, born on 6 November 2008, is eligible for both France and Tunisia and operates primarily as a central midfielder, favouring his right foot. He arrives at Strasbourg B after featuring in the National U19 Group B competition last season, where he made 19 appearances and scored once, accumulating 1,493 minutes of game time.

Before his spell with 93 Bobigny U19, Boubguira spent time at Sarcelles U17, also joining there on a free transfer, having previously been on the books of BMSF at youth level. His steady rise through these clubs has given him consistent exposure to competitive youth football in the Paris region.

The move to Strasbourg B places Boubguira within the structure of a professional Ligue 1 clubs reserve side, offering a platform in senior development football after his grounding in the under-19 ranks.

Boubguiras switch from 93 Bobigny U19 to Strasbourg B is registered as a completed free transfer ahead of the 2026-27 season.
