The investigation into the thefts from the Togolese delegation in Rustenburg is progressing. Commander Antoine Kolani, the head of security for the Togolese delegation, revealed that the police have apprehended two individuals from the Cabanas hotel involved in the thefts. These individuals include a room attendant and a security guard.
According to reports, the arrested individuals have allegedly confessed to entering the rooms of players and members of the Togolese delegation. During their stay in Rustenburg, the Sparrowhawks experienced multiple thefts, including the theft of cash and electronic devices from several team members, including Floyd Ayité and Yaovi Assogba.
