AFRICAN STARS SHINE ACROSS EUROPE’S TOP LEAGUES THIS WEEKEND
African players once again made headlines across Europe’s top five leagues with decisive goals, assists, and standout performances:
🇩🇪 GERMANY (Bundesliga – Matchday 3)
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (Gabon) continued his fine form, scoring his third goal of the season in Borussia Dortmund’s 3-1 win over Hertha Berlin.
Salomon Kalou (Ivory Coast) scored Hertha’s only goal, but it wasn’t enough to stop Dortmund’s unbeaten run.
🏴 ENGLAND (Premier League – Matchday 4)
Andre Ayew (Ghana) was instrumental in Swansea’s 2-1 upset over Manchester United. He scored his third goal in four games and delivered a perfect assist to Bafétimbi Gomis (France), who now has four goals.
