Etoile Sportive du Sahel has confirmed that its ordinary and elective general meetings will be held on Friday, December 27, 2024, at the Starry Training Hotel in Sousse. The meetings will commence at 3:00 p.m.
The ordinary general assembly will address the financial and operational activities of the club, covering the 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 financial years.
During this session, the club will present both the moral and financial reports for these two seasons, offering members a comprehensive overview of its performance during this period.
The meeting follows the presentation of the financial results for the 2020-2021 fiscal year, which were shared with members on November 16.
That report revealed a significant deficit of nearly 16 million dinars, highlighting the challenges faced by the club in its recent financial operations.
The forthcoming assembly is expected to be an important occasion for Etoile Sportive du Sahel as it seeks to provide clarity on its financial health and strategic direction moving forward.
