Esperance departure leaves Tunisia winger Younes Rached unattached

Tunisia winger Younes Rached has joined the ranks of unattached players after leaving Esperance.

The 27-year-old left-sided attacker’s departure was recorded on 5 August 2026, ending his latest spell with the Tunisian club. No transfer fee was attached to the move.

Rached returned to Esperance at the end of June after spending the second half of the 2025-26 season on loan with Al-Tahaddy in Libya. He joined Al-Tahaddy in February before completing the temporary spell and returning to his parent club.

His time with Esperance included a Tunisian Super Cup triumph in 2025. Rached moved to the club from ES Zarzis in July 2025, joining on a free transfer after previously representing US Ben Guerdane.

The winger has recorded 34 appearances, three goals and two assists in Ligue 1. He has also featured in the Libyan Premier League, where he made seven appearances and supplied three assists during his loan spell with Al-Tahaddy.

Rached’s wider record includes appearances in the Tunisian Cup, the CAF Champions League and the CAF Confederation Cup, as well as involvement in the Tunisian top-flight relegation play-offs.

He now leaves Esperance with his next club yet to be established. Rached’s market value is listed at €350,000, following a previous high of €400,000 in July 2025.

The Tunisia winger’s latest move makes him available as an unattached player after his departure from Esperance.
