Espérance de Tunis will face one of three group winners in the quarter-finals of the CAF Champions League after ending the group stage as runners-up in Group D.
The Tunisian side could be drawn against Al Hilal, Al Ahly or Pyramids FC in the last-eight round.
Their quarter-final campaign will begin at home, with the first leg scheduled to be played at the Hamadi Agrebi Stadium in Rades.
The return fixture will then take place away from Tunisia, with travel to either Rwanda or Egypt depending on the opponent drawn.
The draw will therefore determine not only the identity of their rivals but also the destination for the decisive second leg, where qualification for the semi-finals will be decided.
The first legs of the quarter-final ties are set to be played between 13 and 15 March.
Return matches are scheduled for the period between 20 and 22 March.
Having progressed beyond the group phase, Espérance now prepare for a knockout stage meeting against one of the competition’s leading teams, with the two-legged tie deciding who advances further in the tournament.
