Esperance have officially announced the dates for their CAF Champions League quarterfinal showdown against Egyptian giants Al Ahly, setting up another eagerly anticipated North African classic.

The first leg will be played in Tunisia on Sunday, 15 March at Hammadi Agrebi Stadium in Rades.

The return match is set for Saturday, 21 March at Cairo International Stadium, where Al Ahly will host the decisive second leg under the lights at 9:30 pm. With two evening fixtures in iconic venues, the tie promises a charged atmosphere in both countries.

This clash is among the standout encounters in the current Champions League quarterfinal lineup, as both clubs chase another deep run in Africa’s premier club competition. Esperance, one of Tunisia and the Arab world’s most successful sides, are aiming to add to their multiple continental titles.
