The Equatorial Guinea national team is set to face Nigeria tomorrow, Sunday, at 4 PM Cairo time, in the first round of Group A matches in the Africa Cup of Nations 2023.
In a pre-match press conference, Juan Micha Oyono stated, “We have ambitions in this tournament, and we want to win the championship.
We are aware of what needs to be done, and we want to give our best.”
Micha Oyono continued, “We have a challenging match tomorrow, and Nigeria is among the contenders.
We have prepared ourselves to be at the highest level.”
The Equatorial Guinea coach pointed out, “They are missing some players, but they have substitutes.
Nigeria has significant potential, and we have our capabilities. We have prepared for the match.”
