English-Nigerian midfielder Eberechi Eze emerges as a top transfer target for Tottenham Hotspurs

Eberechi Eze

English international of Nigerian descent Eberechi Eze has emerged as a top transfer target for Premier League outfit Tottenham Hotspurs ahead of the summer transfer window.

Tottenham are expected to strengthen their squad in the upcoming window following their inconsistent performance this season.

However, the London-based club have identified Eze, who plies his trade for fellow Premier League club Crystal Palace as the perfect player to strengthen their team.

Tottenham has made the 26-year-old midfielder their key target and are expected to make a move for the player when the window officially opens.

Meanwhile, Eze is also said to ready to make the move in the summer.

The Englishman of Nigerian descent has been playing for Crystal Palace since 2020, and his contract with the “Eagles” expires in 2027.

In the current campaign, the midfielder has 6 goals and 7 assists in 28 matches across all competitions.
