English-born Ghanaian forward Tyrique George has emerged as a top transfer target for German clubs, RB Leipzig and Borussia Mönchengladbach.
The 19-year-old attacker is seeking for a move away from Premier League giants Chelsea in an attempt to get regular playing time in the upcoming 2025/26 football campaign.
Tyrique George is prepared to leave the Blues this summer amid limited space at the club following the arrival of Joao Pedro, Liam Delap and other top players.
However, Leipzig and Mönchengladbach, who are bent on augmenting their squad have set sights on the talented attacker.
While Chelsea prefer to keep the forward, the club his desire for regular football ahead of the new season. The 19-year-old’s current contract with the English giants is expected to elapse in the summer of 2027.
Despite featuring for England at the youth level, the forward remains eligible to represent Ghana and Nigeria at the international level.
