Nottingham Forest winger Callum Hudson-Odoi has expressed enthusiasm about the team’s performance this season, highlighting a renewed mindset and collective drive within the squad.
Forest currently occupy third place in the Premier League standings, positioning them well for potential Champions League qualification.
In an interview with BBC Sport, the English international of Ghanaian descent remarked, “This season everything has just changed – from mentality to determination.
“It’s just a big drive from us and we are trying to push each other every day. We know we have the ability to do this.
“We know where we are but we have to keep dreaming and believing that as a team.”
Addressing his aspirations with the England national team, Hudson-Odoi stated, “I don’t want to prove anything to anybody.
It is about proving to myself that I can still be that player I was – to go back to a level where I knew I was going to score or assist – and be that confident where I know I am going to impact in every game.”
Throughout the 2024/2025 season, Hudson-Odoi has made 28 appearances across all competitions for Nottingham Forest, contributing five goals and two assists.
Nottingham Forest’s recent matches include a 1-0 victory over Manchester City on March 8, 2025, and a 4-2 win against Ipswich Town on March 15, 2025.
